Outside the grant application form, this is a static website. It runs no analytics and has no public accounts, comments or advertising tracking.

The web server keeps standard access logs — the requesting IP address, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user agent. They are used to keep the site running and to diagnose faults, and nothing else.

Grant applications are submitted directly to the Foundation and stored in its private administration database. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a submission is made by a person, and Brevo processes copies to deliver a new-application notification to the Trustees and, when an email address is supplied, a confirmation and PDF copy to the applicant.

Applications are read only by the Trustees and trusted service providers acting on the Foundation's behalf. Names and contact details are kept confidential; if an application succeeds, the project name and a summary of the outcome are published on this site as part of the funding agreement.

Donations are processed by Square. Payment details are entered on Square's own checkout and are never seen or stored by the Foundation.

The photographs on this site were taken at public community events the Foundation supported. If you appear in one and would like it removed, email us and we will take it down.
